Returns Policy
Warranty applies only to goods purchased from Godin Australia or Authorised Australian Godin dealers
Money back: within 7 days of receipt
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for full credit. You are however liable for freight and insurance back to our warehouse at Brookvale NSW unless the reason for return is a manufacturing defect or the instrument does not adhere to the description given on the Godin Australia website.
You will need to call and obtain a return authorisation number (RA) as we are unable to accept goods for return without this prerequisite.

A refund will be made to your relevant bank account on the first business day after receipt of the returned item.
Items must be returned unused in original packaging and condition.
Godin Australia reserves the right to refuse credit on items that have been marked or otherwise damaged by the purchaser.
Godin Australia adheres to all warranty.
Parts and Labour Warranty Repair: 2 years
"Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure." That is the mandatory statement that we need to make under new ACCC laws from January 2012.
Godin Australia will not only double the warranty to 2 years but will add a further 12 months if you complete our customer survey. You may opt in for our quarterly e-newsletter too if you like and learn more about exciting developments from Godin.
Naturally warranty does not include normal wear and tear on frets or strings or cover inappropriate use of your instrument.
